Account Deletion

You may initiate the deletion of your Let Bob account by completing this form, providing your legal name, the email address associated with your account registration, your date of birth, and your phone number. Upon receipt of your request, we will proceed with the following steps to delete your account.

  1. We will reach out to you through email and/or phone to verify your request for Let Bob account deletion.
  2. Should you not have liquidated your account before making this request, we will proceed with the liquidation of your brokerage account.
  3. We will inform Tradier, the broker-dealer responsible for your brokerage account, of your intention to close your Let Bob account. They will subsequently get in touch with you to discuss the potential closure of your brokerage account.
  4. Your personal and demographic information will be permanently removed from the Let Bob database.

In addition to the deletion of your personal and demographic information from our database, we will also eliminate all brokerage account identifiers, preferences, intentions, risk tolerance, and tracking data.
